About Us

“I didn’t start out with everything figured out. My journey has been shaped by learning through struggles. There were times I felt like I was falling short, even in areas I once believed were my strengths. But it was through these setbacks that I discovered my resilience. Slowly, small successes started to build, and I realized that, despite the challenges, I could achieve anything I set my mind to.

With over 15 years of experience, I’ve worked in diverse settings, from the Ministry of Children and Families to British Columbia’s correctional health system, always with the same goal: meeting clients exactly where they are. I believe that each person’s journey is unique, and my role is to support you, no matter where you are on yours.

I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, and teens, but I am particularly passionate about empowering women to find their strength and voice. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care, a Master of Social Work, and I’m a Registered Social Worker (RSW).

Outside of my practice, I enjoy relaxing, living fully, and cherishing life’s simple moments. My friends and family would describe me as vivacious and passionate—qualities I bring into every session. Working solo allows me to create a personalized experience for each of my clients.

When you step into my practice, my hope is that you’ll feel warmth, inspiration, hope, and above all, trust. My door is always open, and I’m here to meet you wherever you are on your journey ”
